Motor Claims Fraud Investigator

Leading Motor Insurance company are looking to recruit a skilled Fraud Investigator due to growth within the team.

• Salary £30-36k depending on skills and experience, plus annual bonus
• Hybrid Working - 4 days home, 1 day office

Experience managing a caseload of fraudulent claims is preferred; however, we are happy to consider those with solid Personal Injury and/or Credit Hire file handling experience.

As a Fraud Investigator, your role will involve investigating a caseload of suspected fraudulent claims, ranging from Low Velocity Impacts to Staged and Contrived collisions.

• Carry out thorough investigations and gather evidence on suspected fraudulent claims for personal injury, vehicle damage, and credit hire.
• Conduct telephone interviews with customers as well as engaging external suppliers including accident investigators, motor engineers, and panel solicitors.
