Must Have's

1. Proven experience in Financial Services Management
2. Strong leadership and communication skills
3. CeMAP qualified
4. In-depth mortgage knowledge and understanding of industry regulations
5. A track record of working to and exceeding KPIs

Nice to have's

1. Previous experience leading sales teams within a regulated environment
2. Comfortable presenting in senior meetings and managing stakeholder relationships
3. A passion for coaching and mentoring teams

So what will you be doing?

1. Leading and supporting a team of mortgage advisors to hit targets and drive performance
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships across internal teams and key partners
3. Delivering ongoing training, coaching and technical support
4. Monitoring KPIs and identifying areas for improvement
5. Supporting complex mortgage cases and ensuring smooth operations
6. Regularly reporting progress and updates to senior stakeholders
