We are seeking a Mortgage Manager to join our vibrant and fast-growing team in Fareham, Hampshire. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional talent, qualifications and extensive experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Manager. They will be eager to leverage their vast industry expertise to support and enrich our dynamic team.

In this role, the Mortgage Manager will provide guidance and support to a team of advisors across a wide range of cases. Their primary focus will be on enhancing conversion rates and ensuring that customers receive compliant mortgage advice. The position reports directly to the Sales Director, supporting the ongoing departmental development strategy.

Key responsibilities include managing, mentoring and motivating advisors to achieve their targets. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious professional seeking a rewarding career in the financial sector.

What you’ll be doing:

• Call listening and auditing cases to identify process issues or knowledge holes
• Delivering training and feedback sessions to mortgage advisors
• Supporting staff with cases to increase lead conversion
• Ensuring compliant mortgage advice is delivered by staff
• Help the company achieve its high growth plans

What we’re looking for:

• Must have: CeMAP mortgage qualification (and CAS)
• Extensive knowledge of the current mortgage market
• Proven problem solver
• Articulate, with comprehensive inter-personal skills
• Highly organised and structured
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• High levels of accuracy and excellent time management skills
• Goal-focused and strong communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
