An established industry player is seeking a Mortgage Compliance Manager to lead a dedicated team within a dynamic mortgage network. My client is a very well established, successful, fast growing, multi-award winning, UK Mortgage and Protection Advice Network. The company's main aim is to provide world class support and guidance to its Appointed Representative (AR) firms and independent Mortgage Advisors alike, utilising their cutting-edge systems and regulatory expertise.

The company are currently keen to recruit a Mortgage Compliance Manager (overseeing Residential and BTL Mortgage cases) to join their established team.
Within the role you will be responsible for managing a team of field based, regional compliance professionals to ensure all AR Firms continue to meet the required competency and business operating standards.
You will also be accountable for all first line supervisory activity of the Network.
This includes responsibility for providing direct support to the recruitment and induction processes in delivery, along with cooperation with any audit/investigation activities.
This is a hybrid role with successful candidate being based at the firms Essex office for 3 days per week, whilst you will have the option to work from home for 2 days per week.
This is a full-time position, working 35 hours per week on a Monday to Friday basis.
