Are you currently an outstanding Mortgage Broker? We are interested in interviewing immediately to join us as a broker within our luxury real estate company.

Silo RE focuses on selling real estate in Melbourne's affluent areas such as Stonnington, Bayside, and Boroondara. We are looking for individuals that are hungry, driven, and interested in being part of the next big thing.

With several staff already placed and a big pipeline for 2025, we are hitting the ground running and looking for individuals looking to take advantage of a brand new premium agency. We already have existing sales and finance staff.

We have full office support from marketing, administration, and business development to a clear commission structure where earning potential is uncapped.

Located in the heart of Toorak Village, we have a fully equipped luxury office at 489 Toorak Road, Toorak, Victoria waiting for you.

Remuneration

To be discussed commensurate on experience and ability.

About the finance team

Our existing finance team is a blend of contractors and PAYG brokers who support our real estate agent finance leads and also partake in their own business development and networking opportunities. We also have another Fintech platform which generates inbound inquiries for our mortgage brokers.

We support our brokers 100% and back them for success. We are currently part of the Connective aggregation platform.
