Mortgage and Protection Adviser - Employed/Self-employed - Hybrid Role

Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) is a national, multi-award winning mortgage broker, network, and strategic business partner, and a market-leading financial services provider to the independent estate agency market, having received over 150 industry awards in the past 5 years and counting!

We require an experienced CAS Status Mortgage & Protection Broker to work on a hybrid basis supporting a very busy Sussex-based estate agency lead source. With a high volume of leads, we are looking for an adviser who is local to Sussex regions and is able to travel to support this local relationship.

We are open to discussing either employed or self-employed opportunities to find the right adviser to join our business.

Lead generation is key, and this business is supremely proactive, fully embracing the FS culture that quality advisers require, with high-quality appointments being at the forefront of the business, generated from our client bank and local introducers.

You will be working in a fully established team geared up to support a quality adviser, with full marketing, lead generation, and training support available, not forgetting a fabulous administration team dealing with all case management.

Minimum Requirements:

• You must be CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) with at least 24+ months recent experience as a mortgage broker.
• You must be proficient in protection advice and recommendation.
• Administration, managerial, and compliance support is provided along with state-of-the-art IT and back office software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00 - £90,000.00 per year
