Join a thriving City-based financial planning firm as we embark on an exciting growth journey. We're seeking an ambitious Mortgage & Protection Adviser to help drive the expansion of our mortgage business working with professional, time-poor clients in London who value expert, holistic advice.

What you'll do:

1. Build long-term relationships with existing mortgage clients.
2. Deliver first-class advice on mortgage and protection products, ensuring compliant, client-centric service.
3. With the MD, drive business development through marketing, events, and introducer relationships.
4. Identify opportunities for cross-selling including protection, Wills, Trusts, GI, and wealth referrals.
5. Play a key role in shaping the future of the business, with progression opportunities into management.

Essential:

1. CeMAP qualified, with 3+ years advising experience.
2. Experience working with professional or city-based clients.
3. Confident with mortgage systems (Trigold/Xplan) and compliance.
4. Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
5. A calm, resilient, and aspirational mindset.
