Mortgage Advisor Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Building lasting rapport with clients whilst providing expert mortgage and protection advice to clients.
2. Manage applications through from enquiry to completion.
3. Attend events to continue to promote and share the firm's knowledge, professionalism and values.
4. Keep up to date with continued professional development and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Mortgage Advisor Qualifications & Requirements:

1. CeMAP or CII Certificate in Mortgage Advice qualified or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Mortgage and Protection Advisor.
3. Ability to attend in-person events or training as required.

Mortgage Advisor Benefits:

1. Basic salary of £35,000.
2. Uncapped commission.
3. OTE in excess of £60,000.
4. Remote working.
5. Guaranteed commission for the first 3 months.
6. Leads provided.
7. Company pension.
8. Working hours Monday to Friday 9.30am to 6pm with regular early finishes on a Friday.
9. 30 Days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).
10. Birthday off.
