What You'll Be Good At

1. Engaging with a diverse range of clients and holding conversations to understand their mortgage and protection needs
2. Managing multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently, thriving in a busy, dynamic environment
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and developers to identify new business opportunities
4. Collaborating with peers across departments, including the Estate Agency, Admin, Compliance, and Sales teams, to maximise opportunities and ensure a seamless client experience
5. Taking accountability for your KPIs, proactively seeking new business, and maintaining existing relationships
6. Demonstrating a strong presence in front of a camera to engage with your audience and build your brand

Your Responsibilities

1. Generate and maintain your own client relationships, maximising in-branch opportunities and thriving in a challenging, stimulating environment
2. Follow up on in-branch leads generated by the Estate Agency team and ensure maximum value from each client interaction
3. Actively generate your own leads and build your client base
4. Collaborate with the Estate Agency, Admin, Training & Development, Compliance, and Sales teams to ensure an efficient process for the client
5. Provide exceptional client care from start to finish, offering the highest level of customer service and ensuring a positive experience

Working Hours

Full-time office-based role

Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 18:00

Alternate Saturdays, 09:00 - 17:00

Day off in lieu when working a Saturday

You must hold a CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) to be considered for this role
