What You'll Be Good At

• Engaging with a diverse range of clients and holding conversations to understand their mortgage and protection needs
• Managing multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently, thriving in a busy, dynamic environment
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and developers to identify new business opportunities
• Collaborating with peers across departments, including the Estate Agency, Admin, Compliance, and Sales teams, to maximise opportunities and ensure a seamless client experience
• Taking accountability for your KPIs, proactively seeking new business, and maintaining existing relationships
• Demonstrating a strong presence in front of a camera to engage with your audience and build your brand

Your Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain your own client relationships, maximising in-branch opportunities and thriving in a challenging, stimulating environment
• Follow up on in-branch leads generated by the Estate Agency team and ensure maximum value from each client interaction
• Actively generate your own leads and build your client base
• Collaborate with the Estate Agency, Admin, Training & Development, Compliance, and Sales teams to ensure an efficient process for the client
• Provide exceptional client care from start to finish, offering the highest level of customer service and ensuring a positive experience

Working Hours

Full-time office-based role

Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 18:00

Alternate Saturdays, 09:00 - 17:00

Day off in lieu when working a Saturday

You must hold a CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) to be considered for this role
