Mortgage Adviser
Employed £30000 + commission OTE £65k
Gloucester

We seek an experienced mortgage adviser to work with a highly established estate agency branch in Gloucester.

You will be part of an established team providing mortgage and protection advice to customers introduced by your agency colleagues. All appointments are booked in your diary, and full administrative support is provided.

The TOP adviser carrying out the same role earned £90k last year.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a mortgage adviser.
• In-depth knowledge of mortgages, protection, insurance, sales processes, and industry regulations.
• Ability to work as a team player.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• OTE £50k-£60K, including basic salary, car allowance and generous commission structure (basic salary variable subject to experience)
• 38 Days holiday (inclusive of BH)
• Pension Contribution

Key Activities:

• Conducting face-to-face/telephone appointments with clients.
• Giving clients Advice & Recommendation.
• Arranging mortgages and pure protection policies to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Responding quickly and effectively to all communication from the client.
