Mortgage Advisor

This employed Mortgage Advisor job gives you the opportunity to join a dynamic mortgage brokerage based in Chatham.

Our client has a good flow of quality leads which will be provided to you, with little to no need to self-generate. Clients are generated from their professional introducers including IFAs, estate agents and a long-standing book of existing clients. Their clients have good mortgage sizes, therefore you will be regularly dealing with above-average mortgage cases.

You will be joining their small team of 5 consisting of Mortgage Advisors, Administrators, and Compliance.

To help you be an effective Mortgage Advisor, you will receive mortgage administration support post-application to see the cases through to completion.

Mortgage Advisor Requirements

1. You need to have 2+ years' experience advising on mortgages with CAS status.
2. You need to have experience within a mortgage brokerage.
3. You need to have CeMAP or equivalent.
4. Strong & clear communicator able to speak with clients at all levels.

Mortgage Advisor Benefits

1. Salary of £30,000 - £35,000 with OTE of £60,000+.
2. Alternatively, potential to consider self-employed option with income support whilst building your pipeline.
3. Working hours of 8.30am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
4. Working at their office in Chatham - parking provided with some hybrid working.

6. Annual leave of 20 days + time off between Christmas and New Year + bank holidays.
