An established industry player is seeking a skilled New Build Mortgage Broker to work from home, covering sites in Chippenham and Wiltshire. This role offers a competitive basic salary of £35,000 with an OTE of £50,000 through commissions. You will be responsible for servicing multiple new build sites while receiving full administration support and leads generated weekly. What we're looking for?

Minimum 2 years as a CAS mortgage adviser
A solid track record and ability to back up sales statistics
Experience with New Build is ideal.
Ability to actively service multiple new build sites in specific locations.
Be able to handle volume business
Work compliantly
Work with CRM and tech systems
Excellent customer communication and presentation skills
Excellent business development and relationship-building skills
