Mortgage Administrator

We are recruiting for a Mortgage Administrator to join an award-winning brokers in Horwich, Bolton. You will be working in their dynamic Mortgage Case Management team, processing cases to completions. Our client is a leading financial services company, renowned for their integrity, professionalism, and exceptional customer satisfaction. They specialise in First Charge Mortgages, Second Charge Mortgages, Equity Release, Insurance, and Bridging Loans.

As a Mortgage Administrator you'll:

1. Manage a pipeline of second charge mortgage applications through to completion.
2. Review new cases and accurately underwrite them according to lender criteria.
3. Handle all necessary administrative tasks.
4. Communicate with customers both in writing and verbally throughout the process.
5. Request required information from third parties such as mortgage companies, solicitors, and surveyors.

The ideal Mortgage Administrator will have:

1. Proven experience working in a regulated, KPI driven role.
2. Must want to work within the mortgage industry.
3. Proven experience working in a similar role.
