Mortgage Administrator - Mansfield – Competitive salary – 15 month fixed term contract

Cherry Professional are pleased to be working with their Financial Services sector client on a rare and exciting opportunity for a Mortgage Administrator. Responsibilities
  1. Processing mortgage payments and redemptions
  2. Carrying out a variety of mortgage administration tasks
  3. Handling inbound and outbound telephone calls, and e-mail/postal communications
  4. Handling mortgage completions, including liaison with solicitors and communication with customers
  5. Providing a professional and efficient service to existing mortgage customers and brokers
  6. Carrying out system testing, which also improves knowledge and experience
