Job description

Are you an organised individual looking for an exciting new role in a fast-paced environment?
Here at Franklyn, our in-house dedicated Mortgage Team is growing and we are on the lookout for an experienced administrator with a keen eye for detail.

In this role, you will provide day-to-day administrative support to our Mortgage and Protection Advisers who are located across multiple offices. You will be responsible for your own caseload from application to completion, consisting of a varied range of case types. You will proactively liaise with all stakeholders and relevant parties to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Key Duties:

  1. Processing of applications and accurate data entry into our own and third-party systems.
  2. End-to-end case management.
  3. Ensuring that all clients and stakeholders are updated at every opportunity.
  4. Proactively progressing cases to aid the customer journey.
  5. Administrative compliance.
  6. Dealing with incoming phone calls and emails in a timely manner.

Skills & Experience:

  1. Broad experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  2. Attention to detail.
  3. Excellent time management and ability to manage own workload.
  4. Ability to capture and document information and data accurately.
  5. Strong communication skills both face-to-face and over the telephone.
  6. Experience within the mortgage industry is desirable but not essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
