Our client is looking for an experienced Modern Management Specialist to join the End User Computing (EUC) team.
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 60 days (initially)
Pay Rate: £427/day (PLEASE NOTE: Employer NI is paid for by the client)
Total Daily Earnings: £478/day (includes rolled up holiday)
IR35 Status: Inside
Location: Hatfield
NOTE: Active SC Clearance will be utilised.
Responsibilities:
- Experience in supporting endpoint management technologies, including designing and implementation, device enrolment, policy configuration, and application deployment.
- Ability to support sensitive customer issues at a senior level.
- Undertake individual consultancy assignments, analysing customer requirements, gathering, and analysing data, recommending solutions.
- Ensure consultancy assignments are undertaken consistently and with quality, using Prince2 and Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with application owners to streamline the deployment process, including packaging and deploying applications using JamF/Intune, ensuring proper distribution and version control.
- Keep up to date with current and future market developments, competitors, technologies, products, and strategies.
- Keep certificates up to date and gain additional certificates determined by the business’s priorities.
- Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Skills:
- Strong Intune and JamF device management and enterprise support capability.
- Strong experience with Endpoint technology, particularly Windows 11, Entra ID, Configuration Manager, Conditional Access policies, and Apple Business Manager.
- Strong experience of image creation process, in particular Autopilot process, or task sequences.
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, etc.) for automation and customization.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Managing security baselines and compliance policies to meet organisational security standards.
Desired Skills:
- Microsoft Defender for Endpoint designing and support.
- Experience of Workspace One designing for device management and support.
- Knowledge of other mobile device management technologies, e.g. SOTI, Samsung Knox, and Good.
- Directory and Network Services.
Soft Skills:
- Flexible approach and ability to work co-operatively within a newly created team environment.
- Should be a self-starter and be able to perform quality assurance and control to create technical deliverables that are error free / with minimal non-functional defects.
- Experience in operationally supporting large, complex technical environment.
