Role: Emotional/Behavioural Support Worker
Salary: £83 - £95 per day
Contract: Long-Term Temporary with potential for permanent
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30 am – 3:30 pm)

Are you passionate about supporting children with emotional and behavioural needs? A specialist school in Hillingdon is looking for a dedicated Emotional/Behavioural Support Worker to join their team, providing essential assistance to students with Autism, ASD, and communication difficulties.

This role is perfect for individuals who want to make a real difference in the lives of young people, helping them manage emotions, develop social skills, and overcome barriers to learning in a structured and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide tailored one-to-one and small-group support to students with additional needs.

4. Encourage personal development, confidence, and independence in students.
5. Build strong relationships with students, offering guidance and reassurance when needed.
