An exciting role for an experienced Systems Modelling Engineer and People Manager to lead an RF Seeker Modelling and Performance team has opened up - if you have a passion for the industry and technology then this will be the role for you! Job Title: Modelling & Performance Team Lead - Seeker
Salary: Circa £50,000 depending on experience
Location: Stevenage or Bristol (We may be able to offer a relocation package for this role)
Dynamic (hybrid) working: 3-4 days per week onsite due to workload classification
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship
The opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced Systems Modelling Engineer and People Manager to lead an RF Seeker Modelling and Performance team. As part of a wider systems team, you will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of system capabilities. Using model based systems engineering processes, and auto-coding to rapidly iterate the design and achieve the required performance of the Seeker.
