About The Role:

Following a period of rapid growth, OCS, an expert in facilities management, has created an exciting new role for an experienced soft service mobilisation and change manager, looking to progress their career in a challenging, diverse and rewarding role of central importance to the OCS Business.
Reporting to the Head of Mobilisation UK & Ireland, supporting Business leaders across our OCS UK & IRE business, the successful candidate will lead and co-ordinate change and mobilisation activity to enable the business to deliver change management objectives in line with our 5-year strategic vision and plans and enable mobilisations to perform in line with the contract from go-live.
This will include working closely with senior internal stakeholders and operational teams to ensure all aspects of change management & mobilisation are covered to the required quality, legislative and compliance standards.
The role requires the candidate to work to agreed standards and methodology ensuring that change projects & mobilisations deliver the expected benefits on time, to the expected quality standards, and within the agreed budget. This includes the preparation and maintenance of all project documentation, project plans, risk and issue logs, reporting requirements and presentations. This also includes the tracking of cost and benefits on an ongoing basis. Overall management of mobilisation activities, deliverables, and resource. Specifically related to change management, this role requires the individual to understand and lead where required change and change workshops for affected parties to enable the delivery of strategic projects in support of our growth strategy.
You will be competent in managing large scale hard and soft mobilisation & change programmes. An influential, engaging PM, you will instill confidence and belief in our clients; your communication skills will enable you to build long-standing collaborative relationships with clients, stakeholders and colleagues alike. You will be a driver for excellence, quality and innovation.

This role is mobile and as such high levels of travel may be involved. There will be an expectation for the post holder to spend at least 2 days per week at our offices in IPSWICH. The Mobilisation team provide outstanding support to our business and customers, Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:30 however, flexibility to meet the needs of the business is essential.
