Job Title: Mobile Vehicle Technician
Location: Norwich
Hours: Monday to Friday Days
Salary: £42,000 per annum
Benefits: Van, Fuel card, Paid door to door

My client, a well-established fleet company, is actively seeking to employ an experienced and qualified Mobile Vehicle Technician based in the Norwich area to work on a full-time/permanent basis.

Responsibilities for the Mobile Vehicle Technician:

1. Carry out Preventative Maintenance on Light and HGV vehicles in accordance with Customer & Company policies, DVSA standards, in a timely manner to fulfil contractual requirements.
2. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical defects on all vehicles.
3. Ensure that the customer receives exceptional service throughout all interactions.
4. Act as the liaison point between our customers and central operations when required to support the timely resolution of customer queries.
5. Ensure all paperwork is completed in a timely manner.
6. Adhere to all statutory requirements regarding fire, health, safety, and hygiene.
7. Participate in cross/multi-skilled training within your department or other departments as deemed appropriate by your Manager.
8. Deal with all internal and external customers in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
9. Maintain a high level of dress and appearance at all times adhering to PPE where the role requires this.
10. Attend any training sessions as requested and adhere to all company regulations.
11. From time to time, you may be required to carry out duties outside the normal sphere of work as may be reasonably requested by Management.

Requirements of the Mobile Vehicle Technician:

1. Level 3/ City and Guilds or NVQ Qualified.
2. Technician Diagnosis System Experience.
3. Current driving license.
4. Good organisation and time management skills.
5. Customer focused.
6. Able to work without close supervision.
