Mobile Vehicle Technician / Roadside Technician
Location: Guildford
Salary: £43,625 basic (Including £5,000 London Weighting Allowance if applicable) per annum, plus bonus and overtime, OTE £52,000
Hours: 40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, 1 in 4 Saturday's

Mobile Vehicle Technician / Roadside Technician role:
Working closely with the breakdown team, you will be tasked with attending breakdowns to diagnose issues they have. Working on the vehicles to ideally get them back on the road, otherwise making sure the vehicle goes back to the workshop.

Responsibilities include:

1. Identifying problems and advising the customer on the vehicle's issues.
2. Vehicle servicing & general maintenance including electrical & vehicle diagnostics.
3. Delivering exceptional customer service as the face of the business.

Mobile Vehicle Technician / Roadside Technician requirements:

1. A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
2. Demonstrative technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
3. A customer-focused approach
4. A full UK driving licence
