Location: Wiltshire (Mobile Role)

Shift: Monday-Friday, Day Shift

Salary: £35,000-£45,000 per annum + achievable monthly bonus

Contract: Permanent

We are looking for an experienced Smart Repair Technician to join our client's growing team, providing mobile cosmetic vehicle repairs across Wiltshire. This role offers the flexibility of mobile work while delivering high-quality repairs to a variety of customers, including dealerships, fleet operators, insurers, and the general public.

The Role:

1. Carry out high-quality Smart Repairs on vehicles, including paintwork and alloy wheels.
2. Manage your own daily workload, travelling between customer locations.
3. Work efficiently to ensure all repairs are completed to a high standard.
4. Maintain and operate a fully equipped mobile repair van.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in Smart Repair, either mobile or workshop-based.
2. Alternatively, experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer/Prepper in a bodyshop.
3. Full UK driving licence.
4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
