Mobile Service Technician - London - Vehicle / Automotive - £42k + Package

We are seeking a Mobile Service Technician in the London area to join a busy and dynamic mobile team. This role involves working closely with the call centre bookings team, growing your own network, and delivering exceptional customer service while meeting targets. You will provide an efficient service to customers, working both independently and as part of a team.

Role: Mobile Service Technician

Location: London and surrounding areas across South England & South Wales

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary:

• Level 2 qualified: £31,620 + 10% London weighting (£34,782) + bonus
• Level 3 qualified: £34,083.50 + 10% London weighting (£37,491.85) + bonus

Additional Benefits: Service van and fuel card for business use

Key Responsibilities:

• Service, maintain, and repair vehicles at customers' homes or workplaces
• Diagnose faults using manufacturer and generic electronic diagnostic equipment
• Perform inspections to VOSA standards
• Complete all paperwork efficiently and accurately

Key Skills & Experience:

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in light vehicle maintenance and repair (or equivalent)
• Ability to diagnose faults and provide accurate solutions
• Strong attention to detail with excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Own a set of tools
• Full UK Driving Licence
