A leading organisation within the Turfcare Industry is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform servicing and repairs on equipment.
2. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic faults.
3. Maintain professional, customer-focused interactions to represent the brand positively.
4. Record all service and repair activities accurately.
5. Proactively address customer issues and ensure high-quality repairs.
6. Follow safe working practices and use protective equipment as required.
7. Communicate complex issues to the Service Manager and relay parts requirements promptly.
8. Keep service vehicles clean and well-maintained.
9. Attend product and technical training sessions to stay updated on industry developments.
10. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
