Mobile Response Officers – Yeovil
Hours: 12 hour shifts
Pattern: Various Options available
Hourly Rate: £12.50 per hour

Job purpose:
Profile Security Services Ltd are currently recruiting for a dynamic and hard-working individual for the role of Mobile Patrol Officer to cover the Yeovil and surrounding areas.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Responding to intruder alarms as appropriate, inspect for signs of break-in and liaise with police and emergency services and Profile 24/7 Helpdesk.
2. Comply with schedule mobile open and lock of our client’s premises.
3. Complete reports using our Smart technology system LIMIT recording information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
4. Carry out site visits, completing site audit and staff welfare of officers.
5. Completing Void property inspection reports to our clients' properties.

The ideal candidate must have a five-year checkable employment history or be able to produce documentary evidence of any period of unemployment, self-employment, or full and part education during that period. It is a requirement of working within this industry that you provide a complete five-year work history, with no gaps of more than 14 days. We recommend you request an HMRC earning letter and bring this along to the interview to facilitate your security screening.

Experience required:

1. Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
2. Previous experience in a mobile response role would be desirable but not essential.
3. Must hold a valid SIA Frontline Licence.
4. Business acumen and commercial awareness.
5. Full UK Driving License.
