Mobile Plumber – Central London – £45,000 + Overtime

Location: Central London

Salary: £45,000 + Plenty of Overtime

Hours: Monday to Friday (Days)

PRS is actively seeking a Mobile Plumber to maintain a portfolio of high-end commercial office buildings across Central London.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance efficiently
Carry out basin & tap replacements and general plumbing works
Conduct fire alarm checks, emergency lighting, hot & cold water maintenance
Work on FCUs, AHUs, UPS, BMS, and risers
Handle minor fabric works (e.g., fixing broken doors/locks)
Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations

Requirements:

NVQ Level 2 (City & Guilds) in Plumbing
Previous commercial maintenance experience
Knowledge of water treatment, HVAC systems, and FCUs
Ability to participate in an on-call rota
Strong customer service skills for a corporate client-facing environment
