Mobile Mechanical Supervisor

£53,000 basic (package of £60k plus)

Location: West/ North West London

Hours: Monday - Friday (Full -Time)

As a result of successful company growth, my client is looking for a Mobile Mechanical Supervisor to join and carry out the supervision of planned preventative and reactive maintenance to Mechanical works on a portfolio of Maintenance Contracts. To oversee maintenance contracts and prepare quotes for extra works in the West/ North London area, my client is an engineering specialist who works with pioneering and deep mechanical technologies within the commercial built environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure that all installations, planned and reactive tasks are completed to schedule and to a high standard.
  2. Review Engineers' written reports and prepare extra works quotations in a timely manner.
  3. Identify any defects found to either your Line Manager or the client and provide parts list and estimated timescales to complete the defects.
  4. Attend site and carry out reactive tasks and emergency call outs as instructed.
  5. Ensure the provision of a Safe and Healthy working environment.

Requirements:

  1. City and Guilds Mechanical Qualification, or equivalent.
  2. Ability to communicate with people at all levels.
  3. Be a team player with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  4. Have a sound understanding of current company and legislative Health and Safety, Environmental Impacts and Risk Assessment Procedures.
  5. Good supervisory skills.
  6. Full UK Driving Licence.
