Mobile Mechanical Engineer - FM Service Provider - Central London/ M25 Corridor - up to £50,000

Are you a Mobile Engineer looking for a new challenge? Would you like to work for a Growing Facilities Maintenance provider? An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider working on an Established portfolio in Central London/ M25 Corridor has arisen.

GH Engage are currently recruiting a Mobile Mechanical Engineer to work across a portfolio of buildings within Central London and a few sites in the M25 corridor. The ideal candidate would live in commuting distance to Central London and be happy to commute within the M25 corridor.

The successful candidate will be carrying out Maintenance, Install and Reactive tasks across the portfolio. They will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial maintenance. This position would be ideal for a Mechanical Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on training and a new opportunity. The successful candidate will have experience within Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Installation. In return, the company is offering a salary up to £50,000 with overtime, progression, a Van, and a Fuel card provided.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

1. PPM's and Reactive works
2. HVAC Maintenance
3. AHU's & FCU's
4. Plumbing maintenance
5. Update contract managers with relevant client or site information
6. Updating site log books
7. Provide further works reports where required
8. Completing all works to a high standard
9. Ensure method statements and risk assessments are prepared and used for all tasks
10. Supervising Sub-Contractors
11. Surveying and Quoting
12. Call out of 1 in 4 - this is due to be implemented soon
13. Happy to work on pipework up to 10"
14. Plumbing PPM's and repairs
15. Hot and cold-water services
16. Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
17. Valve replacements
18. Strainers
19. Unvented Cylinders
20. Calorifiers
21. Heat pumps
22. Actuators
23. 3 port valves
24. Plate heat exchangers (installs and servicing)
25. Inverters

Required Skills:

1. Level 3 Mechanical or Level 3 Plumbing
2. F-GAS would be a bonus
3. Working experience in a Mechanical/HVAC or Building Services environment
4. Other preferable skills: Basic Electrical and Surveying/Quoting experience
5. Providing technical support to administration staff as required.
