Mobile Maintenance Supervisor

My client is a leading hard services maintenance contractor. They are currently recruiting for a mobile maintenance supervisor for a flagship contract. You will have your City and Guilds, NVQ or equivalent in electrical with 18th edition, proven track record in commercial maintenance and supervisory.

Sector: Commercial Maintenance

You will be supervising 9 maintenance engineers looking after a mixed portfolio of occupied and non-occupied buildings (mainly non-occupied). Duties will include:

1. Ensuring PPMs and KPIs are met
2. Working with engineers
3. Handling escalations
4. Collaborating with the client on technical issues
5. Working with the TSM
6. Ensuring H&S compliance
7. Writing reports and general admin duties
8. Conducting toolbox talks

Hours: 8am to 5pm (travel included)

Salary: £50K with car, laptop, phone, fuel card and many other benefits.
