Mobile HVAC Engineer - Facilities Management - Berkshire - 45,500 plus van plus excellent benefits

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a National Facilities Management company working on prestigious clients' sites in the Berkshire area, M4 Corridor between Reading and Bristol.

Salary: 45,500 plus Van plus excellent benefits

Hours of work: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

Location: Berkshire area, M4 Corridor between Reading and Bristol

Role Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance tasks on a variety of plant, equipment and industrial service supplies including:
• HVAC Plant and all associated Equipment
• Industrial / Commercial Chillers and various split systems
• Building management Systems
• AHU Plant and associated Equipment
• Carry out reactive repair tasks on site plant and equipment.
• Work as an on-call duty engineer as part of a team rota if required.
• Complete site work order documentation to required site standards.

The successful candidate:

• Solid background working in a HVAC Engineering role.
• Trade Qualifications and Refrigeration Qualifications NVQ/C&G Certificate.
• FGAS qualification is essential.
• Electrically qualified or competent.
• Data Centre experience would be a distinct advantage.
• Refrigerant handling certification.
• Knowledge of Permit to Work System.
• Ability to sustain effective relationships.
• Some knowledge of Building Management Systems would be an advantage.
• A Full UK Driving licence.
