Mobile Hose Engineer / Fitter / Mechanic

As a result of continued success, we are looking to recruit a passionate and ambitious individual to operate a new breakdown van in one of our key locations.

UK Hose is a distributor for Dunlop Hiflex, one of the top products available in the UK. We have both national and regional customers and work with some of the biggest names who value our honest and hardworking approach. Any new fitter should expect to work in a busy, fast-paced environment. There is significant earning potential as we look to attract and retain the top fitters in the region. Our monthly bonus scheme is totally unrivalled; quality fitters earn a share of each job that they complete and should expect to increase their earnings through bonus by at least 50%.

The role will involve:

1. Travelling to site, identifying faulty/damaged components, and repairing or replacing them from van stock.
2. Working on new construction equipment from major manufacturers such as Komatsu, JCB, and Hitachi.
3. Maintaining and developing our key customers within the area through regular site visits and strong customer service.

The right candidate will be self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team, have excellent communication skills, preferably have hydraulic experience, must have excellent mechanical aptitude, and relevant experience in mechanical/engineering work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
