Job Title: Mobile Gas Engineer

Company Profile:
My client is one of the leading privately-owned construction, development, and property services companies in the UK. They employ almost 4,000 people, working with a range of clients and partners from across the public and private sectors.

They have an opportunity for a Mobile Gas Engineer to work as part of the Regional Mobile support team supplying gas competency to internal and external clients within the south/south east region of London.

My client provides a Total Facilities Management (TFM) solution for their clients, self-delivering planned and reactive M&E services, with an absolute focus on 100% uptime of critical building infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to boilers and associated plant, including Reactive Maintenance and extra works/emergencies in accordance with the contract requirements on Mechanical Services.
2. Support additional M&E works within the individual's technical competencies and our contractual obligations.
3. Undertake project works and minor turnkey projects to Boiler plant and associated equipment.
4. Provide detailed reporting with predictive times for remedial and chargeable works, and life cycle condition reporting.
5. Provide a high level of Gas technical and hands-on support in the provision of our service delivery and the daily communication with our clients.
6. Work as a key part of the Regional Mobile Support team, and key interface with internal FM accounts and their representation.

Person Specification:

1. Domestic and Commercial gas qualifications from a recognised institution (NVQ/C&G).
2. F-Gas certified (desirable).
3. Building maintenance / FM experience.
4. Driving license.
