Mobile Fabric Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Worcester (WR Postcodes ONLY) - £32,000 + Package

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Mobile Fabric Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial fabric maintenance across a retail contract based in the WR postcode area. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

This position would be ideal for a Fabric Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on working closer to home. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of £32,000 with a potential route into further career progression.

Hours of Work & Package Information

1. Basic Salary of up to £32,000
2. 1 in 4 Call Out Rota - £105 per week standby allowance
3. Monday - Friday 08:00am - 17:00pm
4. 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
5. Company Van & Fuel Card
6. Tablet & Work Phone Provided
7. Full company uniform

Key Duties & Responsibilities

1. General fabric repairs
2. Furniture moves porterage
3. Painting & Decorating
4. Basic lighting
5. Fixing Furniture
6. Hanging Pictures & Shelves
7. Maintain and update Log books
8. Assist the maintenance team on site e.g PPMs, fire alarm tests, tap temp checks, flushing
9. Escort sub-contractors
10. To undertake basic “Fabric duties” which would include touching up paintwork, tightening hinges, install/repair blinds, changing locks, making minor repairs to cabinets, desks, and putting together small equipment like chairs etc.

1. A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
2. Multi-skilled
3. Good communication skills
4. Client Facing
