Mobile Fabric Engineer - City & West End - £36,000

Introduction:
An established FM provider is seeking a Mobile Fabric Engineer to cover a commercial portfolio across the City and West End. This is an ideal opportunity for a qualified and driven individual to join a reputable business with long-term stability and support.

Role Overview:
You'll be responsible for general fabric maintenance across multiple sites, ensuring buildings remain operational and safe. The role demands a proactive engineer with strong communication skills who is comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Mobile role covering commercial buildings across the City & West End
2. General building fabric maintenance including basic plumbing, carpentry, tiling, and patch repairs
3. Minor electrical tasks (if suitably qualified)
4. Painting & decorating
5. Reactive and planned maintenance
6. Liaising with site contacts and reporting issues clearly
7. Participating in a call-out rota (details confirmed at interview stage)
8. Completing job reports and documentation as required

Qualifications:

1. Must hold a core trade qualification (e.g. Level 2 in Electrical Installations, Plumbing, or Painting & Decorating)
2. Full UK driving licence
3. Good written and verbal communication skills
4. Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
5. Prior experience in a similar mobile or static fabric role is essential

On Offer:

1. Salary of £36,000 - £38,000 (must have all requirements)
2. Monday to Friday, 7am - 4pm
3. Company vehicle and fuel card provided
