About the Role:
We're on the lookout for a proactive and experienced Fabric Engineer to join our facilities maintenance team. Working across a range of commercial sites in and around Bournemouth, you'll handle a variety of planned and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- General building fabric maintenance: carpentry, plastering, painting, tiling, etc.
- Basic plumbing and minor electrical work
- Conducting inspections and reporting issues
- Maintaining health & safety compliance on all jobs
- Working independently and managing your own schedule
What You'll Need:
- Previous experience in a fabric/building maintenance role
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A can-do attitude and good communication skills
