Fawkes & Reece are currently looking for a Mobile Fabric Engineer to join a growing FM provider in Belfast. You will be assigned to commercial contracts only and be provided a vehicle and fuel card to cover the patch.

About the role of the Mobile Fabric Engineer:

• Repairs and install - roofs, gutters, gullies, cladding, and wall tiling
• Decorating and painting
• Doors and locks
• Hardware repairs
• Complete reports

Experience needed for the role of the Mobile Fabric Engineer:

• Level 2 NVQ Carpentry or equivalent (essential)
• Full driving licence
• Any other city & guilds qualifications (desirable)

What we offer the Mobile Fabric Engineer:

• Hours of work - Monday to Friday and 8am - 5pm
• Salary up to 33,000 euros per annum (depends on experience)
• 33 days of Annual leave
• Life Assurance
