Mobile Electrician – Exeter

We are currently looking for a qualified and dependable Mobile Electrician to join our Facilities Management team, covering Exeter and surrounding areas. This role is focused on supporting a retail contract, delivering high standards of maintenance across multiple sites. Position: Mobile Electrician
Location: Exeter + surrounding areas
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Vehicle: Company van provided
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities:

1. Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across retail stores.
2. Diagnose and repair electrical faults on-site efficiently and safely.
3. Complete small installations, inspections, testing, and remedial works.
4. Ensure all tasks are completed to company and compliance standards.
5. Maintain clear and accurate documentation.

Requirements:

1. NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
2. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
3. Full UK driving licence.
4. Experience in commercial or retail maintenance environments.
5. Good knowledge of health and safety practices.
6. ECS card and Testing & Inspection (2391 or equivalent) – desirable but not essential.
