Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Commercial Portfolio
Central London - Up to £46,000 + Van and Fuel Card

CBW is currently recruiting for an established Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work across a commercial portfolio around the Central London area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial building maintenance and will work in a number of commercial contracts based in and around London. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary, further training, and career progression.

Package

1. Basic Salary of up to £46,000

Hours of Work
Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm - 40 hour week

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure that the Contractual efficiently meets all the relevant KPI & SLA requirements.
2. Carry out Electrical PPM's and reactive maintenance.
3. Work as part of a team utilising other skills as required.
4. AHU / FCU / HVAC Maintenance.
5. PPM and reactive Maintenance on Electrical, Mechanical and Building Fabrics.
6. PAT testing.
7. General Building Maintenance.
8. Helpdesk Requests and to assess the requirements of the job and carry out repairs as and where necessary.

Requirements

1. City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 Electrical or Equivalent.
2. 17th or 18th Edition.
3. A good knowledge of electrical services.
4. Sound level of administration and organisational skills.
5. General Building Maintenance.
6. Multi-Skilled.
7. Work overtime when required.
8. Mechanical experience desirable.
