Key Details
* Location: Fully mobile across North London and surrounding areas
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am-5 pm (40 hours/week)
* Early starts, late finishes, or night work may be required for "out of hours" maintenance.
* On-Call Rota: 1/4 (Friday-Thursday) paid at £150.

What You'll Need:

1. City & Guilds 2360/2330 (Parts 1, 2 & 3), NVQ Level 3, or JIB-approved electrician certification
2. City & Guilds 2391 (Electrical Inspection and Testing) DESIRABLE
3. Strong understanding of BS7671 (18th Edition) and Building Regulations
4. Health & Safety knowledge
5. Full UK driving licence

Your Responsibilities:

1. Perform electrical installations, commissioning, fault finding, and maintenance
2. Deliver planned and reactive maintenance per our schedules
3. Provide timely, accurate timesheets and reports
4. Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks
5. Participate in a 24-hour on-call rota and attend team briefings as needed
6. Maintain positive client relationships during site visits
7. Support junior engineers and contribute to their training
8. Identify extra works and provide information for quotations
