Mobile Caretaker

I am currently looking for a Caretaker on a 12-month fixed term basis for a housing provider based in Kent. My client is looking for an immediately available candidate who has access to their own vehicle.

Salary:
* £24,761.00 per annum + Benefits

Working Hours:
* 37 Hours per week
* 8.45 - 5.15 pm Monday to Thursday, 8.45 - 4.45 pm Friday

You will be required to:

1. Clean, sweep and mop areas
2. Empty bins
3. Clear rubbish
4. Clear areas of weeds
5. Litter picking
6. Inspect and keep clear electrical intake cupboards, landings and stairwells

It is essential that the successful candidate has:

1. Safety boots
2. Knowledge of health and safety
3. Basic DBS (may be in progress)
4. Full UK Driving License & access to vehicle
