Mobile Building Services Engineer

Fawkes & Reece are currently looking for Mobile Building Services Engineer in London. This role focuses mainly on commercial contracts, including offices and schools, with a small element of high-end residential works. Our client will provide you with a van and fuel card for personal usage.

About the role of the Mobile Building Services Engineer:

1. Carry out planned preventative maintenance within the mechanical and electrical space
2. Reactive breakdowns
3. Alarms/Water testing
4. Small amount of work on AHU and FCU

Experience needed for the role of the Mobile Building Services Engineer:

Any City & Guilds/NVQ Qualifications - Mechanical ideally, but will accept Electrical.

1. Up to £44K dependent on experience
2. Overtime opportunities - paying 1.5x and 2x
