We are recruiting for an Air Conditioning Engineer based in the Lancashire area covering the maintenance of multiple contracts across the region.
The role is a permanent position paying up to 45k depending on qualification and experience level. Mon-Fri days
basic plus competitive package, on call circa 1 in 9. Van with personal use.

Air Conditioning Engineer Duties:

1. Completing PPM and reactive maintenance to:

• Split systems
• Chiller units
• Condensers
• Overlap with refrigeration
• AHU’s, Fan Coil Units
• General Mechanical plant room
• Compliance checks
• General maintenance works
• Small works installation
• Emergency repairs

Requirements:

1. A qualified AC-R Engineer
2. Previous PPM and reactive maintenance experience
3. Plant room – PPM and reactive
4. Multiskilled background – including AHU and fan coil works etc
5. Valid driving license – no more than 6 points
6. F-Gas
7. Experience of Commercial facilities
8. Able to pass a security check
