Mobile AC Engineer - FM Service Provider - Central London/ Southeast London - up to £45,000

Are you a Mobile AC Engineer looking for a new challenge? Would you like to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance provider? An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider working on an established portfolio in Southeast/Central London.

GH Engage are currently recruiting a Mobile AC Engineer to work across a portfolio of buildings within Southeast/Central London. The ideal candidate would live within commuting distance to Southeast London and Central London.

The successful candidate will be carrying out maintenance and reactive tasks across the portfolio. They will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

This position would be ideal for an AC Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on training and a new opportunity. The successful candidate will have experience with HVAC and Air Conditioning systems. In return, the company is offering a salary of up to £45,000 with overtime and a Van + Fuel card provided.

The role will require a Basic DBS.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

1. PPM's and Reactive works
2. HVAC Maintenance
3. AHU's, FCU's, VRV's and Chillers
4. Emergency light testing
5. Tap temperature checks
6. Update contract managers with relevant client or site information
7. Updating site log books
8. Provide further works reports where required
9. Completing all works to a high standard
10. Ensure method statements and risk assessments are prepared and used for all tasks
11. Supervising Sub-Contractors
12. Being on call which is 1 in 10 with a standby allowance provided

Required Skills:

1. AC and Refrigeration Level 2 or Level 3
2. F-GAS Qualification
3. Working experience in a HVAC or Building Services environment

Other Preferable Skills:

1. Mechanical, basic electrical and basic plumbing.
2. Providing technical support to administration staff as required.
