Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mobile A/C Engineer in the London Area, United Kingdom at Folio UK. The Mobile A/C Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to building maintenance, building services, facility management (FM), maintenance & repair, and HVAC systems.

Qualifications

1. Building Maintenance, Maintenance & Repair, and City & Guilds or equivalent with HVAC skills
2. Building Services and Facility Management (FM) expertise
3. Experience in managing building maintenance contracts
4. Knowledge of best practices in facilities support
5. Relevant technical certifications such as Refcom Certification
6. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
8. Company Vehicle provided
