JOB PURPOSE

To be the “ambassador” who conveys the Brand’s philosophy and values. As such, to be responsible for maximizing sales performance by fostering relationships with customers and developing their Brand loyalty, providing a unique experience in our store and guiding the client into our world.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Welcome and serve the customer providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
  2. Maintain and develop client relationships through an individual approach, leveraging CRM and digital tools.
  3. Be proactively engaged in cross-selling with all Departments and maximize sales opportunities in order to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
  4. Ensure to be up-to-date with fashion trends and competitors.
  5. Prove Brand and product knowledge.
  6. Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
  7. Ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display to high standards, complying with Company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
  8. Contribute to ensuring a high level of security and be attentive to prevent product thefts.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
  1. Experience in a similar role; expertise in the Shoe department is a plus.
  2. Passion for human relations and sales.
  3. Problem-solving, curiosity, and interest in luxury/fashion, art, and design.
  4. Experience in building long-lasting relationships with clients.
  5. Able to work in a team as well as independently.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Passion and knowledge of the managed product category.
  8. Fluent spoken English is expected.
