Military Vehicle Mechanic/Vehicle Technician (MoD)

Bovington

Up to £31,500 + Overtime + 37 Hour Week, potential for a 4-day working week + 6% Pension + Company Benefits + Progression opportunities long term.

In this role, the successful Vehicle Mechanic/Vehicle Technician will:

1. Perform servicing, repair, and maintenance of vehicles and electrical equipment, including diagnostic and inspection duties.
2. Adhere to customer requirements, regulations, and technical standards, ensuring proper use of issued stores and equipment.
3. Diagnose, assess, and document vehicle and equipment status, manage material demands, and complete test reports in compliance with standards.

The ideal Vehicle Mechanic/Vehicle Technician would have:

1. A minimum of an NVQ2 in Light Vehicle Repair & Maintenance or similar.
2. Be local to Bovington or within a suitably commutable distance.
3. A desire to work on Heavy Military Vehicles as a Mechanic.
