The Role

Youll work closely with an experienced military claims partner, handling a diverse caseload and building your own network.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing Armed Forces Compensation Scheme (AFCS) claims.
  2. Drafting client and witness statements.
  3. Preparing instructions for medical experts and counsel.
  4. Attending Tribunals and supporting clients through the process.
  5. Researching liability and quantum case law.
  6. Driving business development and strengthening charitable partnerships.

About You
Were looking for a Qualified Solicitor with:

  1. Experience with vulnerable clients and a tactful approach to sensitive cases.
  2. Knowledge of military claims work or a willingness to learn.
  3. Strong legal analysis and research skills.
  4. A passion for building client relationships and charitable initiatives.
  5. Resilience and empathy for clients facing challenging personal circumstances.
