Military Claims / Military Injuries - Solicitor – Manchester- This leading Military Claims team is looking for an Associate (1-6 years PQE) to join its renowned and specialist team.

Overview

3. Salary: Up to £50,000
4. Work pattern: Hybrid
5. Previous experience: Military claims work, including Armed Forces Compensation Scheme (AFCS) is preferred

A unique caseload.
This specialist team has many years of experience working with military personnel who are serving, veterans, or reservists, to ensure that they get the compensation they deserve whether an injury is caused by service or in an off-duty incident.

You will deal with all types of military injury, including but not limited to:

• Post-traumatic stress disorder
• Aviation accidents
• Military amputations
• Training accidents
• Hearing loss

The ideal applicant
The role is suited to a qualified fee earner with experience in this complex area of law; however, training can be provided to the right candidate.

There is a strong business development element to the role which will involve both assisting the partner and also developing and growing your own network of contacts.
