Salary: $17-$20 Hourly

Location: 6063 Whitehurst Dr, Seaford, DE 19973

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a motivated MIG Welder to join our team! This position is ideal for individuals with 1-2 years of MIG welding Aluminum experience who are eager to grow and develop their skills in a supportive environment! Pay is $17-$20 per hour based on qualifications.

Responsibilities
  • Welding aluminum rails and tubes with a MIG welding spool gun to make aluminum gates.
  • Cleaning and preparing welds for powder coating.
  • Interpreting drawings into correct measurements and laying out the gate to be welded accordingly.
  • Operating welding machines, industrial fabrication machines, and cutting tools such as grinders and chop saws needed for each build.
Qualifications
  • Team-oriented but with the ability to work independently.
  • 1-2 years experience in aluminum MIG spool gun welding and metal fabrication.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Highly organized, attention to detail, and the willingness to learn and listen.
  • The ability to engage in repetitive welding tasks with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Conducting inspections of welding machines and tools used daily.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds when needed.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • There will be a welding test at the interview.
  • Pay rate will be determined by experience, performance of weld test, and overall ability.
